The store manager’s responsibilities

The store manager is the person in charge of managing the resources the company assigns them, as well as meeting the commercial objectives that have been set.

Among their responsibilities:

  • Managing the store team: The store manager assesses the employees’ work and decides whether the team needs to be expanded or reduced.

  • Looking after the store’s image: The manager is ultimately the one who represents the store’s image. That’s why they must take care to project the right image and try to keep every customer happy, offering solutions to the various problems that may come up.
