From a modern POS to the operating system for retail.
We were born in Barcelona in 2019, founded by brothers Miquel and Joan Subirats, with more than 15 years across software and retail behind them. They saw a clear problem: small and mid-sized retail had only two options — a huge investment in big-chain systems, or going without modern software. Stockagile was born to give them the same omnichannel, automation and data capabilities as the big chains, without their complexity or their budget. Since then it has evolved from a modern POS into a complete operating system that runs store, warehouse, purchasing and orders on a single stock.

Miquel and Joan Subirats found Novadigits Technologies and launch Stockagile.

First round of funding
Seed round led by 4Founders Capital, with ITNIG and Angels Capital, plus an ENISA loan to accelerate.

More than 20 years building technology for retail. He spent a decade as a technology consultant for major brands like Inditex and for tech companies like Privalia. He founded Stockagile to bring small and mid-sized retail the same omnichannel, automation and data capabilities that the big chains use.
Joan Subirats Salvans
CTO & Co-founder
Computer Engineer from the UPC. Full-stack developer and IT Manager at companies like Girbau, MSS and SABENTIS. He brings the scalable, robust systems architecture behind the product.
