Know which batch expires
and which one sells first.
Batches tracked on paper, expiry dates slipping through the cracks, a POS that doesn't know what's left in each store. Stockagile brings it all together: batch-level traceability, fast checkout at the register and accurate stock per store — so you can grow without fear of breaking your operations.
For specialty food, delicatessens and wine shops with one or several stores · 20-min demo · Migration included

Less shrinkage. Less paper. More confidence at the register.
What changes the day every batch, every expiry date and every sale live in a single system.
Know which batch expires and which one sells first
Log the batch and expiry date at every receipt. The system applies FIFO by default — what expires first sells first — and warns you in time to promote, move or write it off. No more silent shrinkage.
Accurate stock per store and channel
The same number of units on the POS in each store, in your ecommerce and on marketplaces, synced with every sale. See what's left of each batch and in which location, without reconciling by hand.
Restock on time, not when it's already too late.
Restocking suggestions based on real sales and minimum stock per item. Buy ahead of time and negotiate with suppliers from a place of calm, not last-minute urgency.
A fast, traced receipt
The sales assistant scans or selects the product and the system automatically deducts from the oldest batch. Regular customers, gift cards and discounts at the register — every sale tied to its batch and its author.

Which batch you have, when it expires and which should sell first
Log the batch and expiry date at every receipt — cheese, cured ham, wine, preserves, oil. The system applies FIFO by default and warns you of upcoming expiry dates so you can act before it becomes shrinkage.

Which supplier it came from, which batch was sold and who handled it
Complete history by product and batch: supplier, arrival date, movements and exit by sale or adjustment. In a quality incident or a recall, you locate in seconds which affected stock is left and where.
See TraceabilityMake it match reality. Without closing the store.
Partial or full counts by category or supplier while you keep selling, reconciling counted against system. Fix differences with an adjustment and its reason — shrinkage, expiry, damage — and it's all logged.

Very good all-in-one management program for retail shops
Our experience has been very satisfying, the service has been excellent and they make us feel that we collaborate in the evolution of the program, they listen to us (and that is very hard to find). Very versatile, I use it on different devices simultaneously. Good sales management. Excellent customer service.

Frequently asked questions
Does Stockagile manage batches and expiry dates?
Yes. Every goods receipt can log the batch and expiry date. The system applies FIFO by default — the oldest batch sells first — and warns you when there's stock with an upcoming expiry so you can act before it becomes shrinkage.
Can I locate a batch quickly if there's an issue with a supplier?
Yes. Every movement is tied to the batch: you can check how much stock of a specific batch is still available, what has already been sold and from which location. In a product recall or a quality issue, locating it is instant.
Does the POS automatically deduct from the correct batch when selling?
Yes. When a sale is made, the system automatically deducts from the oldest batch (FIFO). If you need to specify a particular batch, you can also do it manually at the register.
How do I avoid stockouts without over-buying?
With minimum stock per item and restocking suggestions based on real sales for the period. The system warns you before you run out and proposes how much to order based on history, not guesswork. You reduce both stockouts and excess stock with tied-up capital.
Does it work with multiple stores, or with a store and an ecommerce?
Yes. Stockagile is multi-location by design. The stock of all your stores and warehouses shows on a single dashboard, and if you have an ecommerce (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce) stock syncs instantly across every channel.
How long does setup take?
Weeks, not months. Onboarding is guided and includes migrating your product catalog. You're up and running fast, with no long implementation projects and no lock-in.
