Stock moves. Control doesn't.
What changes when store-to-store transfers stop living in WhatsApp and boxes with no delivery note.
Outbound picking and stock in transit
Guided pick list: you scan, confirm and only the right items ship. The moment you prepare the shipment, stock is reserved at origin and moves into transit — it's never sold twice, and it never disappears until it arrives.
Receive what actually arrives, not what the box says
You count against the delivery note on arrival. If units are missing, the difference shows before you confirm — you catch the loss in the moment.
Every move between stores and warehouse, traced
Origin, destination, author and date on every transfer, with batch and serial when the variant requires it. You know what shipped, what arrived and who moved it — audit-ready.

Prepare the shipment and stock leaves instantly
Create the transfer, do the outbound picking and ship. As you prepare it, stock is reserved at origin and moves into transit: it's never sold twice and never shows at the destination until the receipt is confirmed.
Count what arrives against what was shipped
Receive by validating the pre-signed delivery note or counting from scratch. What matches goes straight into stock; if fewer units arrive than were shipped, the difference shows before you confirm and is logged with its reason.

Frequently asked questions
Does stock in transit still count as available at origin?
No. The moment you prepare the transfer, stock is reserved at origin and is no longer available for sales, ecommerce or other movements. It also doesn't show at the destination until you confirm the receipt: while it travels, it's in transit and only in transit.
What happens if fewer units arrive than were shipped?
On arrival, you count against the delivery note (validating the pre-signed note or counting from scratch). If there's a difference between shipped and received, the system detects it before you confirm and logs it with its reason. You catch the loss in the moment, not weeks later in an inventory.
Does it work store to store, warehouse to warehouse and warehouse to store?
Yes. You move stock between any pair of locations: warehouse to store, store to store or warehouse to warehouse. It's multi-location by design, so you see stock across all your stores and warehouses and transfer between whichever ones you want.
Can the store request restocking from the warehouse?
Yes. The store manager creates a request with what they need and the warehouse prepares and ships it, with no calls or WhatsApp. You can seed the request with what the store has sold over the last few days to restock based on real sales.
Do transfers support batches and serial numbers?
Yes. If the variant requires a batch, serial or UID, you assign them before shipping and the system validates the received identifiers against the shipped ones on receipt. Every unit stays traced end to end.
Can I print the delivery note and shipment labels?
Yes. You print the transfer delivery note so it travels with the shipment and serves as a check on receipt, and you generate product labels from the transfer itself when the destination needs to label before putting items on the floor.
