Does guided picking need special hardware or barcode scanners?
No. It works from any device with a browser: computer, tablet or phone. If you have a barcode scanner, you confirm by scanning; if not, the phone camera or a click is enough. We don't force you to buy any proprietary device.
How does it reduce picking errors?
In two ways. The route is sorted by each product's physical location, so the worker knows exactly where to go and what to grab. And every unit is validated by scan or click before moving to packing: if the product or the quantity doesn't match, the system flags it on the spot, not once the parcel has already gone out.
Can I separate who does the picking and who does the packing?
Yes. Picking and packing are distinct flows with distinct screens: each person sees only their own orders, with no interference. You can assign specific workers and see progress in real time. And if your warehouse is small and one person does it all, that works too.
Does it connect with my POS and my ecommerce (Shopify, marketplaces)?
Yes. Stockagile receives orders from all your channels —store, Shopify, marketplaces— and routes them to the warehouse or store that should prepare them. As you pick and ship, stock is deducted and the status updates across every channel at once, with no overselling or double sales.
Is the carrier and label integration native?
Yes. The Sendcloud integration is native: set it up once and, from then on, you generate labels from the packing order with the address, weight and parcels pre-filled from the order. It works with the carriers in your Sendcloud account (MRW, DHL, SEUR, Correos Express, GLS, UPS…), supports bulk labeling and canceling labels without leaving Stockagile. Tracking is linked to the order instantly.
Does it work with multiple warehouses, or preparing orders from stores?
Yes, it's multi-location at origin. Each order is assigned to the warehouse or store that should prepare it, and each team only sees its own orders, with its own location map. You get consolidated visibility of everything, and transfers between warehouses keep stock in transit always located.
How long does setup take?
