Open corners and pop-ups
without losing control of your stock.
Every corner and pop-up is just another store inside the system: its own consignment stock, traced transfers, real-time sales and reporting by corner. Control your stock and your sales at El Corte Inglés as if it were your own store — and grow without fear of breaking your operations.

A corner is a store. Treat it like one.
What changes the day your corners and pop-ups stop living in loose delivery notes and a cash-close spreadsheet.
Corner stock, always visible
Every corner and pop-up is just another location: the parent sees what's at each point in real time, alongside the rest of the network, in a single dashboard.
Still yours until it sells
On deposit and consignment, the product is yours until the sale. You know what you sent, what sold and what's left — without losing track outside your warehouse.
Restock without losing the trail
Send stock to the corner with a traced transfer. What leaves stays reserved in transit and nobody sells it on another channel until the corner confirms receipt.
Settle with data, not by guesswork
What sold at each corner, item by item. The objective basis to settle with the department store — no days of spreadsheets, no arguments.
Real time
corner stock visible from the parent
Zero spreadsheet
to reconcile sales at close, no spreadsheet
Minutes
to open a corner or pop-up, not weeks
You sent stock to the corner. You know how much is still yours.
On consignment, the product is yours until it sells. Every corner is just another location: the deposit balance stays in your inventory as stock outside your ownership, not as available for other channels. At any moment you see what you sent, what has sold and what's still pending settlement or return.
Restock the corner without losing the trail of what left
Every restock is a traced transfer from your central warehouse: what left, when and to which corner. The stock stays reserved in transit and doesn't show as available on other channels until the corner confirms receipt. On receipt, the system compares sent against received, and any difference is documented before confirming.
What each corner sells right now, not when the season ends
Every corner and pop-up has its own reporting: sales, units, returns and product rankings filtered by location and by period. The sale is recorded at the corner's POS and the parent sees it instantly, with no WhatsApp report at the end of the day. Compare corners, pop-ups and your own stores from the same screen.
Close the season with the exact number, not days of spreadsheets
The difference between what you sent and what you returned is exactly what sold at the corner: the objective figure to settle with the department store, item by item. Returning the surplus is a traced reverse transfer — stock goes back to the warehouse and the corner is left at zero. With ECI, stock and prices sync via Mirakl.

«I’d tell them not to be afraid to dive in. The move to Stockagile is really simple, the user experience is great, and they’re always there whenever you need them.»

An unbeatable experience
It's been a total success! It was the tool I needed for my business. It works perfectly, you can tell it's fully oriented to fashion businesses. Agile and intuitive, you don't need to spend many hours to learn how to use it. Besides the fact that every section is explained in the Academy, there are videos on YouTube explaining how to use it. Support is fast and effective. It's reassuring to know there's a good team behind it that will solve your questions without long waits. The integration with our online store and the backup of the data from our previous software was a walk in the park, and that's despite the fact that we didn't hire the initial help and did everything on our own, that's how easy it is! In the time we've been using it I couldn't point out a single negative, everything has been positive. It's the best investment we've made!

Frequently asked questions
Does a corner or pop-up count as just another store in Stockagile?
Yes. Every corner or pop-up is a location within the system, with its own stock, its own sales and its own reporting. The parent sees it in real time alongside the rest of the network, as if it were one of your own stores. There's no separate module and no special logic: it's the same architecture as any point of sale.
Does it work for consignment stock, where the product stays mine until it sells?
Yes. Stock sent to the corner on deposit stays in your total inventory, kept separate from the stock available in your warehouse and without showing as available to sell on other channels. At any moment you see how much you have out, at which location and how much has sold. Automatic settlement built specifically for department stores is on the roadmap; today you already have the objective data foundation to do it.
How do I control the stock I send to the corner and what stays there?
With traced transfers from the central warehouse. The system records what left, when and to which location. The stock stays reserved in transit until the corner confirms receipt, with no risk of a mismatch between what was sent and what was received. In the parent's dashboard you see the stock available at the corner, what's in transit and what's still in the warehouse.
Can I settle with El Corte Inglés or another department store using system data?
Yes. The difference between the units sent (the sum of transfers to the corner) and those returned at close is exactly what sold: the objective figure to validate the settlement the distributor submits, item by item. On top of that, Stockagile syncs stock and prices with El Corte Inglés via Mirakl automatically.
Can the corner manager see data from the rest of the network?
Only if you want them to. The roles system lets you restrict each user's visibility to their own locations: the corner manager sees only their sales, their stock and their till, and the rest of the network doesn't appear in their dashboard. The parent, with full access, sees everything and can filter by corner.
How long does it take to open a new corner or pop-up in the system?
Minutes, not weeks. Creating the location, setting up a till register and giving the user access is a guided process with no technical support. The POS runs on an Android tablet or iPad with no fixed till or proprietary hardware, ideal for the tight space of a corner or a pop-up. When the season ends, you return the surplus and deactivate the location, clean.
