Franchisee serving a customer at the counter with the POS connected to the central system
Solution · Franchises

Grow your franchise network without losing control.

Multiple legal entities, stock in different models, a different way of working at each location, and zero visibility until the week closes. Stockagile puts your whole network on a single system — central catalog, stock visible per franchise, inter-company invoicing and comparative BI — so you can add franchisees without fear of breaking operations.

Per-franchise stock control

Every franchise's stock, visible from headquarters. On consignment or firm sale.

Stockagile adapts to how your network runs. If you work on a consignment model, stock sits in the franchisee's store but ownership stays with the parent until it sells — the invoice is generated on sale, not on shipment. If you sell firm to the franchisee, headquarters sees their stock level in real time and can back them up with restocks or redistributions when needed. Either way, visibility is total and headquarters can act before a stock problem turns into lost sales.

Central catalog · franchisee POS

The franchisee runs on the same system as the brand. No friction.

The franchisee's POS is connected to the central system: catalog, prices and promotions are published from the parent, and sales, returns and stock update instantly. Each store sees only its own data; the parent has the consolidated view.

Inter-company transfers

Movements between parent and franchisees. Invoiced, traced.

The system tells internal transfers (same legal owner, no invoice) apart from valued transfers (between entities, with a tax document). When stock is sold firm to the franchisee, the sales invoice is generated with the correct price and VAT, and the delivery note is linked and ready for the ERP.

Frequently asked questions

What stock model can I use with my franchisees?

Stockagile supports the two most common franchise models. In the consignment model, stock reaches the franchisee's store but stays owned by the parent until it sells — the invoice is generated on sale, not on shipment. In the firm-sale model, headquarters sells the stock to the franchisee, who manages it independently and requests restocks as needed. In both cases, headquarters keeps full visibility of each franchise's stock and can act on each location's metrics before any problem takes hold.

What's the difference between an internal transfer and a valued one?

An internal transfer moves stock between locations of the same legal owner: no invoice, just an inventory movement. A valued transfer happens between two different entities — for example the parent and a franchisee with its own legal entity — and generates a sales invoice with price, VAT and a tax document. Stockagile tells them apart automatically based on your entity configuration.

Does each franchisee have its own tax setup?

Yes. Each entity in the group has its own tax ID, registered address, invoicing series and tax integration for its territory. The parent and each franchisee can operate under different regulations from the same system, with no extra external module.

Does the parent see each franchisee's sales and stock in real time?

Yes. From the central dashboard, leadership sees each franchisee's sales, available stock and performance in real time, compared side by side, without relying on the franchisee to send reports. Headquarters can spot when a franchisee needs a restock or when its metrics drift away from the rest of the network, and act before the problem grows. Each store sees only its own data; the parent has the consolidated view.

How long does it take to onboard a new franchisee?

Weeks, not months. Onboarding is guided and covers setting up the entity, mapping location to franchise and connecting the right tax integration. The franchisee is up and running on the POS quickly, on the same system as the rest of the network, with no long implementation projects.

Does it integrate with Sage or other ERPs for each entity?

Yes. Stockagile is the retail operations layer that complements your accounting ERP. The Sage integration syncs sales, invoices and inventory per entity, so each company in the group gets its accounting entries right with no manual data entry. Especially useful in networks with several legal entities and separate books.
