Can I manage items that aren't on display but are in the warehouse?
Yes. Stockagile shows the real stock of each item by location: showroom floor, back room, central warehouse or other stores. The sales assistant checks availability from the register without leaving it, and if the item is in another location they can transfer it or create a special order for the customer.
How do I handle a special order when the customer wants something I don't have in stock?
From the POS you create a special order tied to the customer: item, supplier, quantity and estimated date. When the item reaches the warehouse it's automatically reserved for that customer and can't be sold to anyone else by mistake. The sales assistant and the customer follow the status at all times.
Does it work with multiple stores and a central warehouse?
Yes, it's multi-location by design. You can have several stores and one or more warehouses, and see them all in a single dashboard. Transfers are logged with stock in transit, so you know whether an item is on the move or already available at its destination.
Can I receive supplier orders in several partial deliveries?
Yes. A purchase order can be received across multiple partial delivery notes. Stock goes up in the destination warehouse when you confirm each delivery note. If the supplier charges for shipping, the system spreads that cost across the items received so the unit cost always reflects reality.
Does it integrate with my ecommerce (Shopify, PrestaShop...)?
Yes. The integration syncs stock instantly with every movement in store or warehouse, and online orders flow straight into Stockagile. You can configure how much stock you show online independently of the total, so you don't commit units reserved for the physical store.
