Stockagile runs ops.
Holded keeps the books.
Stockagile is your operations layer — stock, purchasing, sales and POS — and Holded is your accounting and invoicing. Connected, every sale, every cost and every invoice lands in Holded on its own: no double entry, no exporting spreadsheets, no Frankenstein stack of systems.

Retail brands already running on Stockagile

Each in its place. Connected, they reconcile themselves.
What changes the day your retail operations and your cloud accounting share the same data, without typing it twice.
Zero double entry
Every POS sale, every invoice and every purchase delivery note in Stockagile lands in Holded on its own. Your team stops copying receipts, importing spreadsheets and reconciling by hand at month-end.
Costs and reconciliation that square themselves
The real cost of every purchase — goods plus allocated freight — travels with the supplier invoice all the way to Holded. The expense your accounting sees is the same one Stockagile uses for margin: month-end stops being a reconciliation spreadsheet.

Sales, purchases and invoices flow to Holded on their own
Every event in your operations triggers the sync: a receipt closed at the POS, a sales invoice issued, a cash movement or a purchase delivery note received all land in Holded the moment they happen. No scheduled exports, no copying references, no manual reconciliation at end of day.
See how it worksCosts and reconciliation aligned between operations and accounting
The real cost of every purchase — the goods on the delivery note plus allocated freight — travels with the supplier invoice all the way to Holded. So the expense your accounting sees is the same one Stockagile uses to calculate margin, and month-end stops being a reconciliation spreadsheet: operations and accounting start from the same number.

Very happy with Stockagile
Very happy with Stockagile! We have 7 stores and we mainly use it for the POS and the website. It has helped us a lot to be able to analyze sales in real time and we've been able to greatly reduce our delivery times for website orders. The warehouse management system is very easy to use and saves us a lot of time. At the end of last year we did our first full inventory count and it took us half the time using their mobile app. I highly recommend it.

Frequently asked questions
Does Stockagile replace Holded?
No, it complements it. Holded stays your accounting and invoicing; Stockagile is the retail operations layer that sits in front: stock, purchasing, sales and POS. The integration connects the two without either one stepping on the other. Together they do what neither would do alone: run the store and reconcile the books with no double entry.
What does each one handle: Stockagile or Holded?
Stockagile handles operations: multi-store inventory, purchase orders and receiving at real cost, sales and POS, cash movements, transfers, and generating the receipt or invoice right at the sale. Holded handles accounting and finance: the journal entries, the chart of accounts, taxes, treasury and financial reporting. The integration passes Stockagile's operations data into Holded's accounting.
How does it sync data with Holded?
The sync is event-driven: when you close a receipt at the POS, issue a sales invoice, record a cash movement or receive and invoice a purchase, that document is sent to Holded automatically. There are no scheduled exports and no buttons to press at end of day. We're talking integration and document sync: Stockagile doesn't change your accounting setup in Holded.
Do I have to stop typing invoices into Holded?
That's exactly the point: stop typing things twice. Sales, invoices and purchases are born in Stockagile's operations and land in Holded on their own, with their tax details and their real cost. Your back-office team stops re-keying receipts and importing spreadsheets, and gets to review the books instead of building them by hand.
Does the integration affect my setup or my chart of accounts in Holded?
No. Stockagile connects to Holded as a source of operational data, without touching your chart of accounts or your tax setup. Holded stays your accounting ERP and Stockagile feeds it the retail operations data you used to enter by hand. You stay on top of your accounting with no Frankenstein stack of systems and vendors.
