Their history, their points
and their wishlist. On their phone.

A space of their own where every customer sees their purchases, their points balance, what they asked for and their open orders. Their purchase history

Every receipt, on their phone. Without calling the store.

The customer logs in to their authenticated portal and sees all their purchases —in store and online— with date, products and amount, and downloads whichever receipt they need for a warranty or a return. The list updates on its own with every sale linked at checkout. Your team stops hunting for copies of receipts from three months ago and helps the person in front of them.

Their points balance

They know how much balance they have. And they come back to spend it.

The customer sees in their portal how many points they've built up and exactly what they're worth in euros, without asking at checkout or waiting for anyone to work it out. Every purchase with a linked customer adds up on its own; on the next visit, the sales assistant applies the balance as just another payment method with one click. The customer comes in to look at what's waiting for them — and comes back for it.

Their wishlist and their orders

Don't lose the sale they already wanted.

What the customer wants is noted down in their wishlist —visible to you both— and their open orders show up in the portal with their status. When the product they were waiting for arrives, one click opens the sale with the customer and item already loaded: the sale they already wanted, before it goes cold. No more paper nobody can find and customers asking whether their item came in.

Customer scanning the sign-up QR with their phone next to the checkout while the sales assistant completes the sale
QR sign-up in store

They sign up on their own. Without slowing down checkout.

A QR at the counter: the customer scans, fills in their details and accepts your privacy policy from their phone. They land in your database with GDPR consent on record —date and source— without the sales assistant typing a thing. From the very first receipt they earn points and have access to their portal. Your database grows without the line getting longer: two processes in parallel.

Everything your customer can do on their own. In the same system where you sell.

From history to QR sign-up, every piece of the portal in one place. Open each block to see how it works.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does the customer see in their portal?

All the purchases linked to their record —in store and online— with date, products and amount, their downloadable receipts, their points balance with the value in euros, their wishlist and their open orders. The portal is read-only: the customer looks things up and downloads them, they can't change anything.

Does it include in-store and online purchases in the same place?

Yes. The portal shows the sales linked to the customer's record: in-store sales (POS), ecommerce orders (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce) and wholesale orders, in a single view. Any purchase tied to the same profile shows up — your customer sees a single history even if they buy across several channels.

How does the customer access the portal? Do they need an app?

They don't need any app. The customer accesses their authenticated portal with their account from their phone browser, and only ever sees their own data — never anyone else's. No generic links, nothing to download.

How is the customer signed up while staying GDPR-compliant?

The customer scans a QR in store, fills in their details and accepts your privacy policy from their phone — they can't submit the form without accepting it. The consent is recorded in the customer record with date and source, available for audits. The policy is configurable per company and, for chains, each store can have its own agreement. You can also collect consent manually at checkout during the sale.

Can the sales assistant sign the customer up without stopping the sale?

Yes. QR sign-up and checkout sign-up are complementary: the customer registers from their phone while the sales assistant keeps taking payment, or the sales assistant creates the record from the POS itself without leaving the payment flow. As soon as they're signed up, they're linked to the sale, start earning points from the first receipt and have access to their portal.

Can I import my customers and their balances from my previous system?

Yes. You can upload your customer database via Excel/CSV, including the loyalty balances built up in your previous system — the customer doesn't lose what they already had and will see it reflected in their portal. The onboarding process includes this migration.
