Frequently asked questions

Does Stockagile manage clothing sizes and bike sizes as separate variants?

Yes. Each SKU can have multiple variants — clothing size, frame size, color — with independent stock per variant and location. You see which sizes are left in each store and channel, and the system suggests restocking or redistribution variant by variant, not just by SKU.

How does it handle a very wide catalog with thousands of SKUs?

The catalog has no SKU limit. You organize it by category, brand or season, and filter stock however you need. Search in the POS is fast even with thousands of SKUs: the sales assistant finds the variant in seconds.

Can I find out which store has a specific size left without calling?

Yes. Right from the POS, when you search for a SKU, the sales assistant sees stock across every store in real time. They can tell the customer 'the harbor store has one L left' and offer a transfer or Click & Collect without leaving the register. The sale you used to lose now closes.

How does it help with new-season restocking?

With two tools: initial allocation (roll out new product across stores with objective criteria before shipping) and sales-based restocking (restock each store based on what sold during the period, variant by variant). Both replace the manual spreadsheet and cut stockouts and dead stock at the end of the season.

Does it work with Shopify if my ecommerce already lives there?

Yes. The Shopify integration is native and syncs stock instantly; orders flow straight into Stockagile. Many sports customers start on Shopify and add Stockagile as a multi-store operations layer, without changing what already works.

How long does onboarding take for a sports chain with several stores?

Weeks, not months. Onboarding is guided and includes migrating your product and variant catalog. Most chains of 3–10 stores are up and running in a few weeks, with no endless implementation projects or outside consultants. No commitment.
