Amazon is just another channel. Not the one that leaves you empty.
What changes the day Amazon, your store and your ecommerce share one real inventory — and you control how much each one sees.
One stock, capped where you decide
Every sale draws down the same inventory as your store and your ecommerce. You set a per-channel buffer and Amazon only sees what you choose to show: you sell on the marketplace without emptying your own channels, with no overselling and no manual reconciling every morning.
Amazon orders, in the same tray
Every Amazon order lands in Stockagile on its own, right next to your Shopify and WooCommerce orders. Same picking, same shipping, and the tracking flows back — no copying anything, no logging into Seller Central.

One stock. You decide how much Amazon sees.
Stockagile is the single source of truth for inventory. You have 40 real units, but you set a buffer of 12 for your own channels: Amazon only sees 28. Every sale on any channel recalculates what's available and syncs to Amazon in the next cycle. When stock drops below the cap, Amazon shows zero before you sell the units you set aside for yourself.
Amazon orders picked and shipped.
Every order received on Amazon lands in Stockagile on its own, in the same tray as your Shopify, PrestaShop or WooCommerce orders. Same picking flow, same shipping flow. Stock is drawn down instantly across every channel and the tracking flows back to the order — no copying, no pasting, no logging into Seller Central.

Frequently asked questions
How do I avoid overselling if I sell on Amazon and my own channels at the same time?
There's a single stock in Stockagile. When a unit sells on Amazon, it stops being available for your store and your ecommerce — and vice versa. On top of that, you can set a buffer (stock cap) per channel: if what's available drops below that number, Amazon automatically shows zero before you sell the units you reserved for your own channels.
What is the per-channel buffer or stock cap, and what's it for?
It's the number of units you hold back before showing zero on a channel. If you have 40 real units and set a buffer of 12 on Amazon, the marketplace only sees 28: when stock drops below 12, Amazon shows zero. That way you sell on Amazon without emptying your store and website, and you protect your safety stock for campaigns like Black Friday. Each channel can have its own buffer, and those units stay available for your internal operations.
Is stock sync with Amazon in real time?
Amazon runs on configurable intervals, not webhooks like Shopify or WooCommerce. Every movement in Stockagile (sale, receipt, transfer, count, return) updates the level published on Amazon in the next sync cycle. The per-channel buffer is exactly your safeguard against that window: it anticipates the cutoff and shows zero before the next sync lands.
Does it work with FBM and FBA?
At a high level, yes. With FBM (shipping from your own warehouse), Stockagile syncs stock with the buffer you define and orders land in your tray to pick and ship alongside the rest. With FBA (Amazon logistics), Stockagile keeps track of your real inventory across channels so the part you ship from your own warehouses doesn't clash. In the demo we configure it around your specific setup.
Do Amazon orders reach Stockagile automatically?
Yes. Every order received on Amazon lands in Stockagile on its own, in the same tray as your Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop orders, with the same picking and shipping flow. Stock is drawn down across every channel instantly and the tracking flows back to the order — no copy-paste and no logging into Seller Central to reconcile anything.
