Ecommerce manager handling the day's orders from a single screen
Orders · OMS

One order comes in.
The system decides where it goes out from.

Process your store, online and B2B wholesale orders. The OMS routes every order to the warehouse or store that fulfills it best, prepares it and ships it — while you track status and step in only when you decide it's needed.

Every channel, one source of truth

Smart routing

The order reaches the right warehouse. Without anyone deciding it

Per channel, you choose the rule: always the main warehouse or the one with the most stock at that moment. The system applies it when the order comes in, reserves the units instantly and, if the source falls short, launches a transfer or a draft purchase order. No order stays stuck waiting for someone to catch it.

#AMZ-7741 · Amazon no stock at source · transfer draft 1 item

Every order routed to its best source, instantly

Example: rule-based routing

The order reaches the right store. On its own.

Set the rules once: channel, zone, available stock. When an order comes in, Stockagile evaluates which rule applies, selects the optimal location and notifies the team to start picking. No emails, no calls, no one deciding it.

Ship-from-store & Click & Collect

Your stores ship and deliver too

Turn any store into a fulfillment node: when it's the best source of stock, the online order lands at that location, the team picks it and generates the Sendcloud label without leaving the system. And with click & collect, the order routes to the store the customer picks, with stock reserved instantly — you don't sell at the register what's already waiting for the customer.

#CC-0490 · click & collect customer not picked up · 48 h alert

Every store, a micro fulfillment center

Example: ship-from-store

No stock in the warehouse. The nearest store ships it.

If the central warehouse is out of stock, Stockagile finds the store nearest the customer that has it, generates the transfer and turns it into an order ready for picking. The customer gets their order, the store reduces its excess stock.

Statuses & preparation

Each status advances with the work, not by hand

Grouped picking of several orders, verified packing and a Sendcloud label from the same screen. As you complete each step, the status advances on its own — picked, packed, dispatched — and tracking flows back to the source channel. Every transition is traced with user and time, and cross-channel returns (BORIS) stay linked to the original order.

Frequently asked questions

Which channels land in the same order inbox?

Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Amazon sync orders in real time; Zalando sends its own too. Orders from your physical stores (POS) and your B2B come into the same flow. They all coexist in the same inbox, with a single lifecycle per order, whatever the source channel.

How does the system decide which warehouse or store fulfills each order?

Based on the policy you set per channel. You can choose to always send the order to the channel's main warehouse or to the one with the most available stock at that moment. The rule applies automatically when the order comes in — no manual decisions. And any store set up as a fulfillment point can receive online orders by proximity to the customer.

Is stock reserved instantly to prevent overselling?

Yes. The moment an order enters Stockagile, the units are reserved and stop being available across all channels. You can't sell at the register what's already pending an online shipment, or the other way around. There's a single stock level per location, so the same stock isn't sold twice.

Can I ship online orders from my stores (ship-from-store)?

Yes. You turn the store into a fulfillment location and it starts receiving online orders assigned by routing. The store team picks, packs and generates the Sendcloud label with the same flow as the central warehouse. You turn every location into a micro fulfillment center and the customer gets it sooner, with the stock you already have distributed.

How do click & collect and in-store returns work?

With click & collect, the customer chooses the store at checkout and stock is reserved instantly: you can't sell at the register what's already waiting for that customer. When they arrive, the team marks it as delivered from the same system. In-store returns of an online order (BORIS) stay linked to the original order: stock goes back to the right location and the return is traced.
